When is Goodrich set to release?
Goodrich will premiere in U.S. theaters on October 18, 2024, distributed by Ketchup Entertainment.
The film centers on Andy Goodrich (Michael Keaton), whose life takes a dramatic turn when his wife, the mother of their nine-year-old twins, checks into a 90-day rehab program. Left to care for the children on his own, Goodrich must navigate the complexities of modern parenting. He turns to his daughter from a previous marriage, Grace (Mila Kunis), and through this experience, aims to become the father she has always needed.
The movie also stars Carmen Ejogo, Michael Urie, Kevin Pollak, Vivien Lyra Blair, Nico Haraga, Danny Deferrari, Lauren Benanti, and Andie MacDowell.
Daniela Taplin Lundberg, Kevin Mann, and Dave Caplan produce the movie, while Keaton, Kunis, and Amy Pascal serve as executive producers.
“We are delighted to close the deal for Goodrich” Ketchup Entertainment CEO Gareth West previously said in a statement about the movie. “Hallie Meyers-Shyer is an incredibly talented filmmaker and has delivered a movie that has a fresh, funny take on family, with amazing performances from both Michael Keaton and Mila Kunis. We believe there is great potential to reach a broad audience with this movie and are excited to bring it to theaters in the U.S.”
Keaton is also starring in Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice Beetlejuice this year, which will be released in United States theaters on September 6, 2024. Kunis, meanwhile, recently joined the cast of Rian Johnson’s Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.
